染料分子设计、功能强化及其产业应用 彭孝军 大连理工大学精细化工国家重点实验室，大连116024 Email: pengxj@dlut.edu.cn 染料是具有共轭大π结构的有色分子体系。自1856年Perkin合成苯胺紫至今，染料工业经历了若干重要发展阶段，已成为纺织、涂料、印刷等重要产业发展的基础。进入新世纪以来，随着激光、电子、信息、生命等高新技术领域的发展，染料正向以数码打印、发光显示、生物标记、光动治疗等为代表的新应用领域拓展。传统染料在光谱性能、稳定性、功能性等方面难于满足新领域的应用性能需求，使染料工业面临新的机遇和挑战。例如，在信息材料领域，需要发展能在强光、高温、电驱动等苛刻条件下长期工作的新型功能染料；在生物医学领域，急需发展既可克服生物环境信息干扰、对靶标选择性识别、又具有生物相容性的荧光探针。结构决定性能，本报告将主要介绍我们从染料分子结构设计出发，通过染料分子激发态释能调控的理论探索，研究功能强化的染料结构设计规律，形成具有自主知识产权的染料新产品和新工艺，实现在喷墨打印、血细胞分析等新兴领域产业化应用的进展。 关键词：精细化工；染料；功能染料；分子功能；荧光探针 参考文献 [1] Zhu H.; Fan J. New Functional Dyes: Molecular Design, Property Improvement and Applications Peng Xiaojun State Key Laboratory of Fine Chemicals, Dalian University of Technology, Dalian 116012 Functional dyes are much different from traditional dyes. Since Perkin's discovery of Mauveine (the first synthetic dye) in 1856, dye industry has experienced several important stages, and become the essential materials for textile, paint, printing and other important industries. Dye color has been a constant companion of mankind. With the rapid development of high-tech such as photo-electronics, information materials, and life science, dyestuff industry faces new challenges for new application functions. For example, information materials need new dyes with excellent fastness under harsh conditions of intense light, high temperature or electric driving; and biomedical application requires fluorescence probes can recognize bio-markers from complicated biological environments. As chemical structure determines the property of dye, this talk will mainly introduce the recent progress of these functional dyes in my group, especially in dye molecular structure design, energy relaxation of excited states, property improvements, and industrial applications in digital ink-jet printing and hemocyte analysis. |

彭孝军，大连理工大学教授、国家杰出青年基金获得者、教育部“长江学者”特聘教授。现任精细化工国家重点实验室主任、国务院学科评议组(化工学科)成员。在大连理工大学精细化工专业获学士、硕士、博士学位，南开大学博士后研究、瑞典斯德哥尔摩大学和美国西北大学短期访问学者。主要从事染料精细化工、荧光识别探针等研究。喷墨染料、荧光识别染料分别在数码彩色喷墨打印、血液细胞分析系统中获得产业化应用。2006年“大幅面数码喷墨染料及其应用”获国家技术发明二等奖，2013年“荧光染料的识别与响应调控的理论与应用基础研究”获国家自然科学二等奖，2015年入选Thomson Reuters全球“高被引科学家”。 |
